Roy McKnerney begat at Wallace Tustin Tetreault in the summer of 2004. He works with both buyers and sellers but particularly enjoys guiding first time home buyers through the purchasing process.  Roy conducts 1st Time Homebuyer Seminars on a monthly basis.  He reviews the purchase process, steps to qualify for a mortgage, the home inspection and closing.  Contact him for future first time home buyer seminar dates. 

Roy's primary goal as a Realtor is to make the seller or buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible.  He is a full time Realtor and maintains a flexible schedule to meet his client's needs.  He is accessible via cell or email for a rapid response. 

Roy retired from the Glastonbury school system in 2007 after 35 years as an elementary classroom teacher at Buttonball Lane School.  He was instrumental in the development of the Glastonbury - East Hartford Magnet School, was an active participant in a major revision of the K-5 science curriculum, and took a leadership role in Relay for Life for several years. 

Roy has been a resident of South Windsor for over 25 years.  He served as an assistant Scoutmaster in Boy Scout Troop 62 for many years and spent several enjoyable years working as a substitute teacher in the South Windsor school community. 

In an effort to keep up with the latest trends and regulations in real estate Roy takes classes on an ongoing basis.  He is well versed in:
