Clint Charter was born and raised on a 125 acre dairy farm in Ellington, CT. The farm is still operated by his family today. After attending local schools and Rockville High School, Clint attended the University of Connecticut obtaining a BS and MS in Agricultural Economics.

Upon graduation from UConn, Clint worked for the University of Connecticut Extension Service and the Charles H. Hood Dairy Foundation each for four years as a Management Consultant. In 1971, Clint started his career with Farm Credit as a Loan Officer. Over the next 25 years he became Credit Supervisor, President and CEO before taking early retirement in December of 1994.

Since retiring, Clint has worked as a Business Manager for the Robert Baker Nurseries in Suffield, CT and as a Sales Agent for Wallace-Tustin Realty of South Windsor. Clint has lived in South Windsor for 28 years, serving as Director and President of his condominium association at Bryrewood Condominiums for the last 25 years. He was a founding member of the University of Connecticut College of Agriculture Alumni Association and received the Outstanding Alumni of the Year Award in 1997.

Clint has a diverse real estate sales background. He has experience in closing transactions involving single family homes, condominiums, commercial property, and land.

Honesty, integrity, 45 years of management and financial experience provide Clint with excellent skills to serve as a Seller's Agent or Buyer's Representative in your real estate transaction.

Moving to Connecticut from Baltimore, Maryland in 1972 resulted from a career move with the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co. After 30+ years and achieving the level of officer, I was offered an early retirement package in 1991. This was due to a company merger and the requirement to reduce overall staff. I elected to take the package and retired in January 1993. The reason I chose Real Estate for my new career is it offers me a chance to deal directly with a variety of people. It also gives me the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and provides me with the freedom to impact on how it will be done. Wallace-Tustin Realty, Inc. was chosen for several reasons.

I am married and live with my wife in the Lancaster Woods section of Windsor. In addition to my real estate affiliation, I hold offices in several organizations and served as Lay Leader in my church. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing golf, bowling, and traveling. Over the years, I have practiced Real Estate in 18 different towns in the Greater Hartford Area. Julie Tétreault
Julie began her career in real estate at the age of 18 after graduating from East Windsor High School.  She was hired by Wallace-Tustin Realty to implement a marketing program and assist around the office.  After a few months of employment, she decided real estate was the career for her.  During her college summer breaks, Julie sold multiple homes in East Windsor, Manchester, and Broad Brook. 

After obtaining her BS in Business Administration from Bryant University, she decided to follow her passion and continue her career in real estate.  She represents both buyers and sellers in the Greater Hartford and Tolland County areas.  Besides sales, Julie has experience in property management, managing beach house rentals for Sea Breeze Properties in Narragansett, RI.  In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, playing soccer, snowboarding and baking Italian treats!

My name is Daniel Weintraub. I was born in Manchester, CT and have lived in CT all of my life. I have resided in Manchester, South Windsor and Ellington (Ellington for the past 15 years). Therefore, I have an extensive knowledge of the markets and trends of this area.

Since I have lived East of the River all my life, I joined Wallace-Tustin Realty, Inc., as a sales agent.

I was a previous owner of a service company which covered (mostly) the Greater Hartford area. I was in the same business for over 30 years. We employed people from this area. My duties included all aspects of business, most importantly contracted sales.
