Caring agents, equipped
with the latest technology have defined Wallace Tustin Tetreault Realty
since its inception. In 1988, Ben Wallace and Richard Tustin began
their company committing themselves to customer satisfaction.
Beginning
with a handful of agents, Wallace-Tustin opened their doors at a small
plaza location on Morgan Farms Drive in South Windsor. By 2001, they
outgrew their space and started a quest for a new home. Finding a home
in need of complete rehab, Ben and Rich purchased the small Ranch on
the corner of Sullivan Avenue and Ellington Road. By February 2002, the
company moved into the new facility. In 2003 the South Windsor Chamber
of Commerce recognized the company for their rehabbing efforts and
presented them with the “Beautification Award.”
By 2007 the company that
started with a handful of agents had grown to over 25. The need to
expand again was necessary. An additional 400 square feet was added to
account for the new agents added over the years. The South Windsor
Chamber of Commerce again recognized Wallace-Tustin Realty for their
continued efforts to grow the business community and awarded them the
“Expansion Award” in 2008.
January 2011, long-time sales broker Julie Tetreault was named partner
to the company and a new name was created, Wallace Tustin Tetreault
Realty.
Today, over 20 years later, they still put their customers first and
are proud of the loyalty they have received in return. Our newly
expanded office is staffed with professionals and is ready to serve the
community. At Wallace-Tustin, we work hard, care deeply and put the
focus on you.
